How do I know if my apartment has a physical or digital key?
You will find this information in the apartment description on our website and in the emails sent by the BizTrip team once your reservation is confirmed.
Do I need to download the app for check-in?
Yes, this is a required step for all bookings. Each confirmed reservation has a unique code in our app, which allows all guests to complete their check-in before entering the apartment.
Can I modify my reservation?
For modifications or extensions in your reservation, please call our office at (+34) 910888333 or email us at corporate@biztrip.es.
What should I do if I have a problem at the property during my stay?
If an incident or problem occurs during your stay, you can call our team at (+34) 91088833 or use our 24-hour emergency number, which we will share with you in your BizTrip booking confirmation email.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM (15:00 h).
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM (11:00 h).
Can I check- in before 3:00 PM?
A check-in before 3:00 PM is possible as long as the apartment is clean and available. In this case, please consult with our Corporate team beforehand.
Can I check out after 11:00 AM?
A check-out after 11:00 AM is possible as long as there is no check-in on the same day.
If you need this option, you should always consult with our colleagues, who will verify the availability of the apartment in the system.
What should I do on my check-out day?
We greatly appreciate it if you make sure to close the windows, turn off the lights, heating, or air conditioning, and leave the apartment in good condition before leaving.
- If your accommodation works with physical key, please leave it on a table and then close the door to complete your check-out.
- If your apartment works with a virtual key from the app, simply lock all the doors. Your key will stop working at 11:00 AM on your check-out day.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartment?
All our apartments include internet connection.
You will find the Wi-Fi network and its password in your login in the check-in app or under the router itself.
Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment?
Yes, we always provide bed linens and towels for each occupant.
What does my apartment's kitchen have?
All our apartments include a stove (ceramic, gas, or induction hob), refrigerator, dishes/cutlery, pots, pans, and a coffee maker.

Can I request a cot from BizTrip?
Yes, we have cots available for our accommodations. However, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible so our team can assign one to your booking and deliver it directly before your arrival.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, it is necessary to pay a security deposit or damage deposit before entering the apartment.
But don't worry, once we check everything is fine and no damage was caused to the apartment during your stay, it will be fully refunded within a maximum of one month, as indicated in the rental agreement. For this refund, we will ask you to send us the corresponding bank details at the end of your stay.
When will my security deposit be returned?
After your departure, within a maximum of one month as indicated in the rental agreement. We will refund it once the housekeeping team check the property and send a report on its condition.
